A beautiful Manhattan blonde was traded in for a new model by her 86-year-old sugar daddy — and now she wants him to pay for it.
Leggy Czech Daniela Zahradnikova, 42, moved into retired banker Henry Buhl’s tony Soho loft on Greene Street in 2006 and provided “wifely duties” for him, including cooking, cleaning — and plenty of sex, according to her Manhattan lawsuit filed Friday.
In exchange, Buhl promised her financial support “for the rest of her life,” which she values at $1.5 million, her suit says.
But Buhl has moved on to a new 40-something gal pal — and now he wants Zahradnikova out of his bachelor pad, according to both sides.
“I don’t want to have an old girlfriend living here while a new one moves in,” Buhl grumbled to The Post. “She’s waiting until we eject this Daniela.”
Zahradnikova started dating Buhl after he picked her up at the Mercer Hotel, where she was a waitress.
Zahradnikova said she was attracted to Buhl’s soft side. “I looked up to him for his philanthropic deeds,” she said, referring to Buhl’s founding of the Association of Community Employment, a charity that supports the homeless.
After Zahradnikova moved in with Buhl, she cared for him and also ran the couple’s retail boutique “Space Sixteen” in Soho and Southampton, before the business closed down last year, her suit says.
Her attorney, Mike Barrows, said his client maintained an “intimate relationship” with her sugar daddy until at least a few months ago, when he took up with the other woman.
Buhl, the ex-executive director of Investors Overseas Service, told The Post, “I’ve given her free rent for a long time, for about 10 years . . . It never worked.”
