Charles Barkley

You never know what random, crazy thoughts you’re going to hear come out of Charles Barkley’s mouth on Inside the NBA. The TNT analyst was talking about San Antonio Spurs big man LaMarcus Aldridge on Thursday night, and the conversation then went to Barkley’s thoughts on… vegetarianism? Huh?

But wait, it gets weirder. Barkley said, “Vegetarians, that’s not a thing. Everybody likes meat.”

He later told host Ernie Johnson, “There’s no such thing as a vegetarian. Nobody doesn’t like meat, Ernie. It’s not a thing. Nobody doesn’t like meat.”

Ernie is all of us here. Barkley is, of course, very wrong, but there will surely be no convincing him that vegetarians really are a thing.
